Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Nexap QR Api payment gateway, crypto gateway, merchant tools, API access, ID Checker, UniPin BGMI, subscriptions, and related services.

Account Access

Accounts are created by the administrator. Users must keep login credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, merchant credentials, and device access secure.

Payment Processing

Orders, amount, merchant route, payment status, callbacks, and transaction verification are processed on the server. The customer browser is never the source of truth for payment success.

Merchant Responsibility

Users are responsible for adding valid merchant details, wallet addresses, callback URLs, and API settings. Incorrect merchant credentials, expired sessions, or blocked third-party accounts may stop verification.

Prohibited Use

• No fake orders, fake success attempts, duplicate transaction credit, or payment status manipulation.
• No attempt to access another user's orders, merchants, API keys, transactions, reports, or credentials.
• No abuse of payment, webhook, crypto, UniPin, BGMI, or ID checker APIs.

Subscriptions

Plan access is based on active subscription status and admin overrides. Module access can be enabled, disabled, renewed, or revoked as per account policy.

Security and Logs

Nexap QR Api may store audit logs, API logs, login history, webhook attempts, transaction timelines, and security events to protect the platform and users.

Third-Party Services

Paytm, BharatPe, Freecharge, blockchain explorers, wallet apps, UniPin, and game ID providers are third-party systems. Their availability, rules, sessions, and responses can affect service behavior.
