Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Nexap QR Api handles account, merchant, order, transaction, API, crypto, and module data.

Data We Process

• Account details such as name, mobile, email, role, plan, expiry, and status.
• Merchant credentials, UPI IDs, API keys, encrypted wallet settings, checkout settings, webhook URLs, and callback logs.
• Orders, payment links, transaction status, UTR, timelines, reports, subscription records, and security logs.

Account Protection

Sensitive account and integration details are protected and only the information required for each page is displayed.

User Isolation

Users can access only their own merchants, orders, transactions, API credentials, settings, reports, logs, and module data. Admin users can manage platform-wide data.

Security Logs

Login history, API activity, IP lock events, callback attempts, webhook retries, and admin actions may be recorded for fraud prevention, debugging, and audit purposes.

Third-Party Providers

Payment, crypto explorer, UniPin, and game checker providers may process data required to complete verification or lookup requests. Their own privacy policies and availability also apply.

Data Safety

Users must keep passwords, API tokens, wallet access, and merchant login details secure. Unauthorized access attempts may be blocked and recorded.
